Terms
Last updated 21 August 2026
These Terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
We make a video from your brief. The order page states the requested format, length, price and delivery estimate. Unless the order says otherwise, the deliverable is an MP4 of up to about 60 seconds with narration and up to one round of reasonable revisions. Paid orders are normally delivered within 48 hours. Free orders depend on capacity and have no promised delivery date. The paid tier is currently only available to customers in the United Kingdom. If payment can't be taken for that or another reason, we treat the order as free tier instead (payment is not taken from you if that happens).
2. Your material
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you send us, including text, images, audio, logos and reference links. Do not send material that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intended to deceive. Avoid personal or sensitive information about other people unless it is necessary and lawful to provide it.
We may refuse an order, or stop work, where the brief is unlawful, abusive, impossible to make, technically unsupported, or creates a serious rights or safety risk.
3. How we make it
We use third-party AI and media services to create parts of the video. They may process the brief and files needed for your order. We do not use your order material to train our own AI models.
4. Your video and our use of it
We grant you a broad, worldwide licence to use the finished video for any purpose, including commercially. For a paid order, this licence takes effect once you have paid in full. You keep ownership of the material you supplied to us.
We use your brief, files and finished video only to make and deliver your order, provide support, maintain security, administer our records, and comply with the law. We do not use your project material or finished video to make work for another customer.
5. Price, payment and cancellation
The total price, including any applicable taxes and charges, is the price shown before you place the order. Payment is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. We will provide an order confirmation that you can save.
If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right to cancel an online order. These terms do not remove that statutory right.
6. Refunds and faulty work
Your statutory rights are unaffected. This is separate from your 14-day cancellation right in section 5. Subject to those rights, refunds are limited to non-delivery or a technically unusable file caused by corruption or a material production failure. Creative choices, style, pacing, interpretation of the brief and dissatisfaction with the result do not qualify. We do not guarantee results that were not expressly confirmed in the order or are technically impossible. We may offer refunds in other cases at our discretion.
7. AI output
AI-generated material can contain mistakes or unexpected content. Review the video before publishing it. It is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
8. Using this site
Do not scrape, submit automated requests, impersonate someone, upload malicious material, or overload, probe or attempt to break the site or service. We may limit access or reject activity that breaches this section or creates a security, legal or operational risk.
9. Liability
If you are a consumer, these terms do not limit your statutory rights. We remain responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill and for delivering a video that matches its description. Our liability for a breach is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
If you buy for your business, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, business or opportunity.
You are responsible for the rights and lawfulness of your brief, files and instructions. If a third party makes a claim against us because you breach this responsibility, you will indemnify us against reasonable costs, damages and expenses arising from the claim, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms for future orders. The version available when you place an order governs that order. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory protection that applies where you live.
