What we use and why

• Enquiries and orders. We use your email address, brief, files, format, style, audio and other choices to answer you, make the video, deliver it and provide support, because you've asked us to and it's necessary to fulfil our contract with you.
• Payments and records. Stripe handles payment details. We receive payment status and order information, not your full card number. We use these records to take payment, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet accounting or other legal obligations.
• Security and operation. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as an IP address, browser, device, request times and error logs. This is necessary to keep the site and service secure and working.
• Optional analytics. If you consent where consent is required, analytics services may record pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, referral information and an approximate location. Analytics is used to understand and improve the site, not to advertise to you.

Who receives it

We share only what a supplier needs for its role. Depending on the service you request, those suppliers may include:

• Cloud providers, for hosting, storage, content delivery and service infrastructure.
• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Analytics services, for optional analytics.
• A transactional email provider, for confirmations and delivery messages.
• AI and media providers, for generating text, images, audio and video.

We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect the service, or establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Project material and AI

We send only the project material needed to make and deliver your video to the suppliers used for that order. We do not use your project material to train our own AI models. Supplier use is governed by the service and account settings we select; we will update this notice before making a material change to how project material is used.

Please avoid putting personal or sensitive information about yourself or anyone else in a brief or upload unless it is necessary and you have a lawful reason to provide it. If you send it by mistake, we will remove it, subject to legal, security or dispute-related requirements. Use the contact details below to tell us about it.

International transfers

Some suppliers may process information outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Our providers comply with applicable data protection requirements and use appropriate safeguards and lawful transfer mechanisms where required, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential local storage to remember your analytics choice. Optional analytics uses analytics services and is loaded only after consent where the law requires it. The Cookies control in the footer lets you revisit your choice. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep information

We keep project material and finished videos while needed to make and deliver the order, handle agreed revisions and support, resolve disputes, and protect our legal position. We then securely delete or anonymise it from active systems, subject to ordinary backup and legal requirements. Payment and accounting records are kept for as long as required by law. Analytics is kept under the retention settings for our analytics services and reviewed periodically.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, object to processing, or provide it in a portable format. You can withdraw analytics consent through the Cookies control. Use the contact details below to exercise a right; we may need to verify your identity first.

We may update this notice when our processing changes. The date above shows when it was last updated.
